O’ Best Broadband In Ireland – Where Art Thou?

Good question, Juliet!

An Irish broadband comparison site has the answer – and it’s an easy one.

If Juliet was more interested in finding the best broadband in Ireland instead of floundering after an oddly dressed man by the name of Romeo (what a catch!) she would have found the best broadband package for her needs on bonkers.ie.

And it would have been easy.

Bonkers allows you to compare broadband packages offered by all of the providers in Ireland that are servicing your local area. No, not just your county. But your local area. We’re talking about little bitty towns and villages with more sheep than people, and of course counties.

That’s nice.

While most people will compare on price, you can also compare based on upload and download speeds, setup costs, and contract.

This should simplify the broadband choosing process while educating people about what differentiating factors are most important.

Win win win for the confused shopper. Win win win for the choosy shopper. Win win win for all you recession conscience shoppers.

According to what broadband packages are available in Ballincollig (my neck of the woods), I’m one of those recessionistas but I’m also the smart one since I got the best deal – 5mb Fibre Broadband from €22 per month from UPC.

So, did you make the right broadband provider choice? Or were you taken for a ride? Find out for yourself by checking out the broadband deals in your area and make a little switch (see what I did there?).

Next time I’m looking for broadband, I’m either going to try to hack into my neighbours Eircom WiFi (again) or find the best listed deals on bonkers.ie. Whichever is easier!

Disclaimer: I know the guys at bonkers.ie and they’re nice guys.
